Introduction

Welcome to Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips. You agree to the following terms and conditions by booking or using our services. Please read them carefully as they establish the legal terms governing your use of our travel and tour services.

Booking & Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation:
   All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment, either in full or as a deposit, depending on the selected package. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when the payment is received.
2. Payment Schedule:
   • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.

   The pricing is based on the itineraries provided and includes only the services and facilities mentioned. Any extra services requested by the client will incur additional charges. Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips reserves the right to adjust prices to account for exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or increases in supplier costs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:
   All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation charges detailed in our [Cancellation Policy](insert link).
2. Cancellation by Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips:
   In rare cases, Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, except in cases where the cancellation is due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

Itinerary Changes

1. Flexibility:
   While Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips strives to operate as per the agreed itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may require alterations. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, and accommodations at any time in the interest of the group or individual safety, comfort, or convenience.
2. Substitutions:
   In the event that a hotel or service listed in the itinerary is unavailable, a comparable alternative will be provided at no additional cost to the client.

Liability

1. Responsibility:
   Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips acts as an intermediary for the services provided by hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by these third parties.
2. Travel Risks:
   The client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, illness, theft, or natural disasters. Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips is not liable for any losses or damages incurred during travel unless directly caused by our negligence.
3. Travel Insurance:
   We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks such as medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost baggage, or accidents. Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips shall not be held liable for any losses not covered by insurance.

Client Responsibilities

1. Travel Documents:
   The client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including visas, passports, and health certificates, are valid and in order before the trip commences. Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to failure to comply with government regulations.
2. Health & Fitness:
   It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the trip. Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed at the time of booking.
3. Code of Conduct:
   The client must adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms while on the trip. Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips reserves the right to terminate the services of any client who, in our opinion, behaves inappropriately or endangers others.

Force Majeure

Athithi Devo Bhawa Trips shall not be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or any other unforeseen event.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

1. Complaints:
   If you have any complaints during your trip, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Any complaints not resolved on-site must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip’s completion.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

Amendments
